Rufflers have been around for a very long time and have changed very little over the years, they have however remained very popular.
They are designed to ruffle or pleat fabric o to desired fullness quickly and easily and have the capability to vary the sizes of ruffles. It is important to note that they are only suitable for lightweight fabrics and not furnishing fabrics.
