Hanging Christmas tree decoration for my niece in residential care, done as part of a group project to make a decoration, made with glow in the dark fabric and with a removable Father Christmas in the bottom pocket. And a quilted table mat for her sister made with heat proof wadding. Appliquéd and embroidered, both skills new to me.

I used baby clothes that were my now 9 year old granddaughters when she was just 8 months old ( pyjamas and tartan dress ) to create a memory bear for her overlocking and sewing it .

Made my first dress with my new machine. Nakes sewing so easy and gives a professional job.

Grand nephews and niece birthdays all in August. Had made them quilts for Christmas so made them cushions with the remaining fat quarters.
