The Jaguar 735D Overlocker Serger Sewing Machine is a superbly crafted device designed by Jaguar to meet high specifications. It functions seamlessly as a 3 or 4 thread overlocker, boasting features such as Auto Tension Release, Differential Feed, Electronic Foot Control, Foot Pressure Regulator, and a unique opening system that facilitates quick and easy threading through a color-coded system.
This versatile machine allows for threading from start to finish in under 5 minutes, inclusive of the loopers, thanks to its user-friendly design. Operating at a speed of up to 1,300 stitches per minute, it is equipped with an electronic foot control, a foot pressure regulator, and a differential feed for handling challenging fabrics.
The Jaguar 735D offers a range of stitching options, including 4 thread overlock, 4 thread safety seam overlock, 3 thread wide overlock, 3 narrow overlock, and 3 thread rolled hem. Notably, it enables a great overlocker stitch without the need for two needles. The overlock stitch is fully customizable in terms of stitch length, and the overedge cutting dial allows precise control over the edge to prevent loops from hanging off or curling.
Featuring a concealed blade at the back for quick thread cutting, the machine's standout feature is its front-opening design, facilitating easy threading, thread path sewing, and cleaning. All components necessary for converting the overlocker to different stitch variants are conveniently located inside the drop-down front.
The differential feed ensures the straightest overlock edge, even on tricky stretch fabrics, by offsetting fabric stretch. Whether working with delicate silk or stretchy Lycra, this overlocker delivers a professional edge finish and includes a twin needle facility for a robust, sturdy edge.

NOVUM 3 YEAR WARRANTY
Great before and after sales service comes as standard when you buy a sewing machine from us at GUR Sewing Centre. Your new product would have gone through the manufactures quality control before been delivered to you. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine for the duration of your warranty, please contact us via email quoting your order number and a brief description of the fault. We will then arrange a telephone call with you to go through some simple diagnostics with you. Often this helps to rectify the problem over the phone quicker. We will repair your machine as swiftly as possible. We will arrange to collect your product. Please retain your original sewing machine box and polystyrene inserts as this will ensure it is protected during transit.
Warranty Registration
There is no need to register your warranty.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
The product warranty is nontransferable should the machine be sold or given away at a later date.
When this Warranty not Apply
What’s Covered? Bona-fide faults …. as per the manufactures guarantee.
What’s not Covered? Warranty excludes wilful damage, misuse, repairs caused by overuse or repairs made necessary use. Please note “consumables items” such as belts, bulbs, needle threaders, bobbin cases, loopers, overlock knives, needle plates, bobbins and needles etc as stated on the manufactures guarantee document, your warranty is deemed invalid if your machine has been used for commercial purposes.
