Dyed Green Parrot Dungarees

I bought some second hand denim dungarees and dyed them green.

I then sewed on large parrot and budgie appliques along with flowers cut out from old duvet covers and curtains using free motion stitching and invisible thread.

I patched the rips in the knees with pink gingham fabric and over stitched with green embroidery thread.
