The ¼” Ruler Foot was specifically designed to use with quilting rulers for ruler work.

The key point of the foot is the ¼” cup height which moves smoothly alongside the quilting ruler without allowing the ruler to slide over or under the foot.

The needle drops ¼” away from the ruler to create the quilting line.
