Memory wall qilt plaque. I mad this using the Novum PRO Q9 just after christmas in memory of my Mother hwo had just past. She lived in Spain, a problem for me as I could not fly out there, due to health reason’s, I watched the funarel via a link sent to my computer, I found it very relaxing to make this plack as it consisted of freehand embroidrey, Top left corner I sewed R.I.P. on glow in the dark fabric which I used for the grave stones I tryed to age the grave by adding wild flowers and on the right top corner I also used the same glow in the dark fabric for the grave stone, with the word mum added, Then freehand wild flowers an zig zaged on to Red poppie trim then finished of with satin stitch grasses, The lower two corners just have dates and times, but the middle contained blue bird, irises, grasses, some hand bead work surounded by a green metallic thread surounded by a 3 D padded diamomd. Green ribbon dangling down. The edge was compleated with a white ribbon and blue lace. I made a runner that went along the back to put a wooden dowl through it so it could be hung up. for a decrotive plaque for my mum, I don’t think thatI would of made this on a different machine, I found it very satisfying.
