My Very First Backpack

I love sewing but the one thing I don’t have much experience in is bag making and I so so wanted to make a backpack.

I joined a weekend sewing class to make the backpack, way out of my comfort zone and on the hottest weekend of the summer!

My Janome sewed beautifully and I just LOVE the colours and the overall result!

The teacher (who was also the pattern designer) put my bag up on her Instagram too so that made me very proud indeed. I plan to have many happy adventures with my beautiful backpack!
