Procrastinated for years about buying an overlocker and finally took the plunge. When it arrived, it wouldn't work (operator error!), and having emailed them about it, I received a very quick and thorough email from them running through all the possible issues step by step and giving me plenty of confidence to know, that if none of these suggestions resolved the issue, they would be there waiting and ready to help further. After following their suggestions, the machine works perfectly – that extra 1mm of push on the socket did it's magic! Now anything that doesn't move gets overlocked! Extremely happy with my overlocker and the level of service/support offered from the outset. Thanks
